2021 MEETING
September 24-25
The Westin Richmond, Richmond Virginia
We are planning to be in person for our 2nd annual meeting. Masks will be required and attendees will be spaced apart. There will also be a virtual option. The Virginia Oncology Pharmacy Updates will provide an opportunity for oncology pharmacists to obtain high quality continuing education and provide an opportunity for networking with colleagues from across the state.

8:00-9:00: Breakfast, Registration and Exhibit Hall
9:00-10:00: Targeted Therapy Updates in Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer
10:00-11:00: New Drug Update: Solid Tumors
11:10-12:00: Update in Relapsed/Refractory NHL
12:00-1:00 pm Lunch and Exhibits
1:00-2:00: Updates in AML
2:00-3:00: New Drug Update: Heme
3:00-4:00: Networking/Exhibits
General Info:
- Only online registration is accepted.
- Payments may be made securely online.
- Students or residents are invited to attend at a reduced rate. Email admin@onced.org for code.
- Registration will close 1 week prior to the meeting.
Hotel Info: Call 1-888-236-2427 and ask for Oncology Education Specialists block or book online here. Rate is $159/night. Reservations must be made by Friday, September 10 to get group rate.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing/email. A $25 processing fee applies to all cancellations. No refunds will be made on cancellations received after September 22, 2021. All refunds will be processed after the course.
